Ahead of its expected launch later this year, the Xiaomi 15 Pro has made headlines thanks to a leak that unveils its camera capabilities. The upcoming flagship model is tipped to succeed Xiaomi’s previous iteration with innovative imaging technology that’s sure to captivate mobile photography enthusiasts.
This move by Xiaomi could be seen as a direct response to the increasing demand for better and more professional-quality images from smartphones. The 1-inch sensor, typically found in high-end compact cameras, offers the potential for better low-light performance and greater depth of field control.

This new chipset, manufactured by TSMC, is based on a sophisticated 2nd generation 3nm process node (N3E).
Security features are expected to get an upgrade as well, with an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor promising a larger unlocking area. This would be another area of improvement over the Xiaomi 14 Pro.
